Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee

The Need

When The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee came to Proof team members, the organization was newly born. Having only a name, it needed both an online and offline identity, including a logo, website, and print marketing collateral.

The Work

In order to capture the spirit of this new nonprofit, the Proof designers created a logo that clearly articulated the vision of this advocacy group to middle Tennessee residents. Using that logo, Proof then created the initial print collateral that any new business needs to keep in stock. Business cards, letterhead, and envelopes were designed and printed so that people could have a more tangible impression of The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee’s brand.

Also in need of a website, Proof created a digital home that is inviting and informational with clear calls to action and definitive messaging. Any site visitor can easily find information and take part in this emerging movement.

A New Media Director was assigned to manage the social media strategies and platforms. After an important and comprehensive social media policy was crafted, a strategy was created for each six weeks of the original six month roll-out of the organization. Our consultant was embedded into the organization to become the authentic voice of the client.

The Result

Because of great early roll-out success, the relationship with the Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee has been extended and we will be moving forward into the new phase of community development and branding for this vital organization to the middle Tennessee region. Acting as the organizations marketing team of record , Proof manages the Transit Alliance’s social media presence, online marketing efforts, provides site maintenance, attends events, interviews constituents – all with the focus on reaching new audience members – continuing to grow the brand both online and offline.
